1. Who we are

ProMark Works is a residential inspection and warranty management platform operated by Dhaval Patel. Our website is promarkworks.com. You can reach us at Dhavalpatel@promarkworks.com.

2. What we collect

When you use ProMark Works we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, company name, and password (stored encrypted — we cannot read it)
• Property and inspection data you enter into the platform
• Photos you upload during inspections
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, login timestamps

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Operate and improve the ProMark Works platform
• Provide customer support
• Send product updates and important account notices (you can opt out of marketing emails at any time)

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except the infrastructure providers listed below.

4. Who has access

• Your data is visible only to users within your company account
• ProMark Works staff may access data to provide technical support — only when necessary and only with your knowledge
• No other company, advertiser, or third party can see your data

5. Infrastructure providers

ProMark Works uses the following services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and file storage (supabase.com)
• Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com)
• Anthropic — AI form scanning feature (anthropic.com)

Each provider has their own privacy policy and security standards. Your data is processed by these providers only to deliver the ProMark Works service.

6. Photos and files

All inspection photos are stored in a private storage bucket. No public links exist. Only signed-in users from your company account can view or upload photos. Photo access links expire automatically after one year.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you can request a full export of your data before deletion. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure.

8. Your rights

You can request at any time:

• A copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction of any inaccurate information
• Deletion of your account and all associated data

9. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored using bcrypt encryption. Session tokens expire after 7 days. We conduct regular security reviews of the codebase.

10. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will notify active users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
